1 cucumber, whole

1 lime, rind/peel removed

1 - 2 large leaves kale

1/4 honeydew melon, seeded & sliced

Always select your home grown garden fresh goodies when you can, or your freshest possible organically grown source such as from your local farm, farm stand or farmers market.


Push all ingredients through your juicer.

Drink as soon as possible for the freshest energy boost!


Green apple may be substituted for the melon if you are looking for a little sweet.

Additional add in's:  tumeric root, garlic, celery, romaine lettuce, ginger, and cayenne for additional health benefits
