I offer Square Foot Gardening and Cooking School classes, workshops, as well as a variety of Meet Me Events including a monthly farm lunch, health food store and farmers market tours, and of course one on one health and cooking coaching programs. Sushi or chocolate lovers, consider scheduling a specialty party workshop for your family or group in a unique setting. This one includes IT ALL!  From recipes, some pantry and prepared items, to a box of my top gotta have kitchen food prep pieces that no righteous farmgal or farmer wanna be gal or guy wants to be with out!  We'll get you off and running before summer hits and then crank into full on come September and the time of the harvest! Bringing it all to you at the farm - so you can take it home and easily and successfully put it on the table and watch it disappear!!  No worries - seconds included.

 Do you know someone on the Autism Spectrum?  I am here to support you and yours - in the kitchen and in the garden.  What you eat determines who you are.  Food changes everything.  Working with a health coach provides you with the support to discover how food affects you and to make the necessary changes to change your life!  I offer my experience of having worked in a federally funded 6 month grant program at a local non profit agency supporting adults on the autism spectrum to the table and to the garden.  I have developed an exciting program that benefits individuals in a group setting.
